Larry was born to the late Curley Johnson and Mildred Benoit Johnson on March 21, 1950 in Lake Charles, LA.
He is survived by his wife, Gina Johnson; sons, Christopher Johnson (darcie), Derrick Johnson; daughters, Carrie Mendelson (Rob), Denee Poole (Brandon), Cammie Grevemberg (Loretta); siblings, Carl Johnson (Janelle), Donna Elliott (David); grandchildren, Christopher, Kelleigh, Benjamin, Caleb, Samantha, Sylas, Tylair, Linda Rose, Gabrielle, Morgan Rose, John, Jr., and Gavin. He was preceded in death by his parents Curley and Mildred Johnson; sisters, Geraldine Sonnier, Denise Sonnier.
As per his wishes, his cremation has been entrusted to Johnson & Brown Funeral Home and a gathering of his friends & family will be at a later date
