Larry Pecar

Lawrence “Larry” Anthony Pecar, 44, of Sulphur, LA passed away on September 2, 2021, in Port Arthur, TX.

Larry was born on April 15, 1977, in New Orleans, LA to Francis and Sybil Pecar. He will always be known for being a Saints and LSU fan. Larry loved fishing, boxing, and spending time outside in his backyard paradise. He loved entertaining family and friends, game night with his family, and dearly loved his job.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Alexis Pecar; four children, Tyler Pecar and wife Courtney, Aidan Pecar, Aubrey Pecar, and Laney Durio; parents, Sybil Theresa Prosper Pecar and Francis Charles Pecar Jr.; father and mother-in-law, Hillary and Helina St. Germain; siblings, Kelly Ann Blache, and Alan Paul Blache Jr.; brother and sister-in-law, Garrett and Alisha St. Germain; god child, Aleisha Blache; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Rene Anthony Pecar.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a 6:00 PM Rosary on Friday, September 10, 2021, at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Visitation will resume on Saturday morning from 8:00 AM until time for processional to the church at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Burial will be at Big Woods Cemetery. Fr. Andrew Kollannoor M.S. will officiate services.
