Laura Jane Hess

Laura Jane Hess, 53, of Lake Charles, LA died Saturday, October 22, 2016.

Laura was born on December 31, 1962 in Kansas City, MO. She loved playing with her dogs, traveling, and being around family and friends. Laura always could light up the room with her warm smile.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving companion of 14 years, Jim Lott; two uncles and their families, Bob Hashagen and Jerry Sanders; brother, Tim Hashagen; and sister, Susan Ninci-mann .

She is preceded in death by her parents, David and Betty Hashagen.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 3:30 PM until 5:30 PM Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home.  Deacon Glenn Viau will officiate services.
