Leatrice Vianne Lowery

Lake Charles- Leatrice V. Lowery, 72, passed away in a local hospital Saturday, January 10, 2015.
Funeral services will be Monday, January 12, 2014 at 1 p.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pinehill Cemetery under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Leatrice was born in Sarepta, La on May 16, 1942. She was a graduate of Springhill High and attended Louisiana Tech. She was very active with her Baptist faith and loved serving the Lord. Leatrice owned her a beauty shop for many years.
She is survived by her children, Robert Troquille (Wendy) and Aronda Tornabene, both of Shreveport; siblings, Archie Pickard of Shreveport, Lucille Marshall (Pat) of Iowa and Barbara Woodall (Melvin) of Keithville, LA; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents.
