Lee Anna Dubrock

Hayes ~ Lee Anna Dubrock, born January 31, 1936, daughter of the late Elee and Edna (Guillot) Lacombe, passed away April 10, 2018 in a local hospital at the age of 82.
Lee Anna was a graduate of Poland High School, class of 1953 and married her high school sweetheart, Gaston “Tiny” Dubrock, Jr. on December 25, 1954. She worked for the Calcasieu Parish School Board for 18 years as an evaluator and testing tech of special needs children. Upon retirement, she loved to sew, quilt, travel and being with family.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Gaston “Tiny” Dubrock, Jr.; children, Keith Dubrock (Kim) of Hayes, Karen Nelands (Mark) of Hayes and Brian Dubrock (Suzan) of Lake Charles; grandchildren, Crystal Trahan (Gordan McGee), Megan Trahan (Anthony Castille), Mattheau Trahan, Klint Dubrock (Lindsay), Kayla Fontenot (Daniel), Cory Nelands (Magan), Kurt Nelands, Joshua Nelands; great-grandchildren, Jade & Jenna Trahan, Raeleigh Trahan, Ian & Christian Fontenot, Gabriel & Anderson Dubrock, Austin & Cohen Nelands; numerous cousins and friends who are like family.
She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Debbie Dubrock Trahan, and great-granddaughter, Aria Marie Nell Trahan.
A Mass of Christian burial will be in St. John Vianney Catholic Church – Bell City on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 11 a.m. with Father John Payne as celebrant. Burial will follow in Consolata Cemetery under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home – Iowa. Visitation is Thursday in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home – Iowa from 4 p.m. – 9 p.m., with a rosary recited at 6 p.m. and a Celebration of Life to follow. Visitation will resume Friday in the funeral home from 8 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
