Leontine Patterson Jones

Leontine Patterson Jones, 94, passed away on July 20, 2025 in Lake Charles, LA. She was born on September 13, 1930 in Eldred, Illinois to Dennis Patterson and Angeline Rathgerber Patterson.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Gerald Jones (Gaylyn) and David Jones (Sandy); her grandchildren, Regan David Jones (Anne), Katherine Jones, Jody Jones, and Cody Jones; and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Floyd Jones; and her parents.

Her funeral will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 26, 2025 in the Little Flock Baptist Church, 1805 Little Flock Rd., Many, LA 71449, with Rev. Jimmy Speight presiding. Burial will follow in Little Flock Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Visitation will be at the church from 10:00 AM until the start of the service.
