Lake Charles – Lucas Wayne Marcantel, born September 8, 1994, son of Michael Marcantel and Audrey Marie LeBlanc, passed away Monday, September 17, 2018, at the age of 24.
Lucas was a jack of all trades working as a carpenter and a mechanic. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family.
He is survived by his father, Michael Marcantel and stepmother, Amanda Perry; his mother, Audrey LeBlanc and stepfather, Gregory Landrum; brothers, Brian Guillory II (Teddi Honeycutt), Raven Landrum, Devon Marcantel; sisters, Jacklyn Guillory (Rickey Russell), Jerica Monceaux (Josh), Jaqualla Perry, Amber Marcantel; paternal grandmother, Debra Humpries; maternal grandparents, Audrey Mary LeBlanc and Paul Manuel; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Marcantel; paternal grandfather, Joseph Fontenot.
Visitation is Saturday, September 22, 2018 in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa from 2 p.m. until the funeral service at 7 p.m. Cremation is under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help with expenses.
