Margaret Ann Binion Tyson

Lake Charles – Margaret Ann Tyson, 72, passed away in a local hospital Saturday, August 5, 2017.
Margaret was born on April 4, 1945 to the late Randolph Franklin (R. F.) and Margaret (Wing) Binion in Lake Charles. She was a graduate of LaGrange High School and Delta School of Business. Margaret attended Revival Center and Trinity Baptist Church and was a former employee of Sel-Mart. She was a life-long crafter and enjoyed sewing and quilting.
She is survived by her two daughters, Melissa Rushing (Jim, Jr.) and Becky Carroll (David); six grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Her parents; brother, Mike Binion and 1 great-grandchild preceded her in death.
A gathering of friends will be held in Tower Oaks, 222 Louie Street, Lake Charles on Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson & Brown Funeral Home ~ Iowa.
