Ms. Tucker was a native of Bad Polzin of Pomerania, Poland. She was born December 10, 1945 to Erich Franz Ferdinand Neumann and Martha Marie Magdalene Mundt Neumann and was raised in Berlin Germany following WWII. Following her first marriage to Manfred Johannssen She later met and married an American serviceman which brought her and her children to America where they were adopted by their stepfather, Robert E. Mills and became citizens of the United States. While her children were in school, she volunteered much of her time to the American Red Cross helping other families in need.
