Marjorie "Margie" Morrison Renfrow

Marjorie Morrison “Margie” Renfrow, 71, passed away on January 23, 2023, in a local hospital surrounded by family.  Margie was a 1970 graduate of Westlake High School.  She was a member of the International Order of Rainbow for Girls and served as Grand Nature and Order of the Eastern Star.  Margie was retired from the Sulphur City Court as a clerk.  She was a  sweet, gentle spirit who didn’t meet a stranger.  She loved her family fiercely and kept them all in check.

Margie is survived by her son, Joel Renfrow; her brother, Mark Morrison and wife, Kashonna; granddaughter, Loni Renfrow; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Peggy Morrison and one sister, Sharon M. Baker.   

A memorial service for Margie will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2023, at 2 PM at Bellview Baptist Church in Westlake.  The family will receive friends from 1 PM until the time of the service.
