Mark Menard, born on May 18, 1958, son of the late Marshall and Dolores (Trahan) Menard, passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 63.
Mark, a roofer by trade, also worked as a crabber. He enjoyed fishing and being with his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Patti Menard.
Mark is survived by his daughter, Jill Lemaire (Paul); siblings, Dianne Butts; Margaret Trahan (Randy); Pam Menard; Terrell Menard; Marshall Menard, Jr. (Vicki); Curtis Menard (Paula); grandchildren, Josie; Ryen; Allie; Willow; Grey.
A celebration of life will begin in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa on Thursday, July 15, 2021, at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Pine Island Cemetery in Pine Island, LA under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heart of Hospice.
