Broussard ~ Marlene Jeansonne, born on June 2, 1945, daughter of the late Euzeb and Lillian (LeBleu) Miller, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021, at of the age 75.
Marlene studied computer technology and was a business owner. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, but most of all, she loved talking with family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Phillip Dewey Jeansonne, and 1 grandchild.
Marlene is survived by her husband of 35 years, Ronald “Ron” Jeansonne of Broussard; sons, Andy Hillebrandt (Kim) of Westlake; Ernie Hillebrandt (Lana) of Lafayette; Cynthia “Cindy” LeDoux; sister, Aline Chassion (Pete) of Wesson, MS; 10 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 19, 2021 at 11 a.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Rev. George Storms, officiant. Burial will follow in LeBleu Cemetery under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Visitation will begin Thursday in the funeral home from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. and resume Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.
Attendees are asked to please wear facial coverings.
