Mary Ann Jacobs

Mary Ann Jacobs, 57, of Lake Charles, LA, died at 9:00 PM on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 in her residence.

Mary was born October 10, 1961 to the union of Phillip Jacobs, Sr., and Lessie Mae Jones Jacobs in Port Barre, LA, and has lived most of her life in Lake Charles.

Those left to cherish her memories are, her sisters, Eva Mae Jacobs Hudson of Lake Charles, and Linda Jacobs of Houston, TX; brothers, Herbert Jacobs, Michael Jacobs, Jerome Jacobs, Jessie Jacobs, Gregory Jacobs, Earlis Jacobs, and Phillip Jacobs, all of Lake Charles, and Lawrence Jacobs of San Francisco, CA.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her twin sisters, Alice Ann, and Ruthie Martin; and her brothers, Darrell, Rawlton, and Ernest Jacobs.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 5, 2019 at Combre Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday at 9:00 AM until 10:45AM.
