Mary Elizabeth Riddle Wright

Mary Elizabeth (Riddle)Wright, age 80, passed on February 12, 2019 at her residence in Moss Bluff, LA.

Born June 8, 1938 in Albany, KY, Mary was a longtime resident of Maxwell, IN before moving to the Lake Charles area in 1985.  Mary never met a stranger as she enjoyed people.  Her beautiful smile was contagious.  Mary devoted her life to her kids and family.  She enjoyed good cooking, playing cards, fishing, time with family and scenic car rides.

Mary is survived by her son, Bryan Settles (wife Terri); daughter, Lisa Domingue; grandchildren, Justin Eric Vannatta (Tira), Jarod Vannatta (Kristen), Adam Domingue, Candace Domingue, Tyler Settles, Bryan P. Settles, Desiree Settles, and Melanie Holmes Settles; thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sisters, Sally Benhke, Francis Riddle, Katy Speck (Joel); brother, Martin Riddle; and nephew, Ron Potter (Darlene).

She was preceded in death by mother, Georgia Willett Riddle; father, Stanley Riddle;  son, Bruce Settles; daughter, Pamela Settles Chambers; granddaughter, Natasha Settles; brothers, Jim, John, and Sam Riddle; and sisters, Sue Potter, Betty Bohanan, and Dorothy Riddle.

Her cremation was entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
