Melissa Guillory Walker, born in Lake Charles on July 13, 1979, daughter of the late Richard Morris and Beulah Drounet Guillory, passed away June 3, 2024, at the age of 44.
A graduate of Hornbeck High School, Melissa enjoyed shopping, swimming, riding roller coasters, and most of all being with family. All will miss her generous spirit.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Richard James Guillory.
Melissa is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Ronald Walker; daughters, Alisa Walker, Jade Walker, Brittany Thomas (Jake), and Hannah McDaniels; grandchildren, Kaedynn DeRise, Cora Thomas, and Theo Thomas.
Funeral services are Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 1 p.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Visitation begins Thursday at 9 a.m.
