Michael Duane Hoffner

Michael Duane Hoffner, 44, of Sulphur, LA passed away on January 21, 2017 after a battle with cancer. Michael was born in Denver, Co and lived in the Sulphur area for 13 years. He was member of Victory Worship Center, enjoyed woodworking and loved to cook.

Michael is survived by his wife of 15 years, Michelle Hoffner of Sulphur; his mother, Rebecca Jean Hoffner of Western, MD; his mother-in-law, Daisy McCartney of Sulphur, LA; his brother, Steven William Hoffner of Farmington, NH; his uncle, Jay Hoffner and wife Kathy of Houston, TX; and numerous nephews and a niece. He was preceded in death by his father, Hal Duane Hoffner; paternal grandmother, Geraldine Hoffner; and his father-in-law, James McCartney.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at 4 P.M. at Victory Worship Center in Sulphur with Pastor Larry LaFleur officiating.
