Michael Yellott

Michael Edwin Yellott, 68, passed away on August 21, 2024, with his daughter by his side. Michael was a true country boy and loved hunting, fishing, shrimping, camping, gardening and spending time outdoors. Michael loved to shoot his bow and muzzle loader guns. He was a good dancer and enjoyed listening to good music. Michael worked for Turner Industries.

Michael is survived by his daughter, Wanda Firestone and husband, Cole; two grandchildren, Mason Cole Firestone and Kenzi Claire Firestone; his siblings, Clinton Yellott and Jeff Yellott; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
