Mickey Trahan, Sr.

Mickey Trahan, Sr., 59, passed away on December 25, 2019 in a local hospice facility.  Mickey enjoyed being with his family and friends.  He cooked for his church family at the Open Door Biker Church.  Mickey was a good-hearted man who gave all he had to anyone.  He would cook and serve food to anyone who was hungry.  He worked as a deck hand for various companies in Southwest Louisiana. 

Mickey is survived by his children, Chasity LeJune and husband Chadwick of DeQuincy and Mickey Trahan, Jr.; four grandchildren, Hadley Trahan, Isabella Richard, Madyson LeJune and Junior LeJune; one sister, Vickie Montgomery; and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Marjorie Trahan; and three siblings.

Services for Mickey will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020 at 11 AM at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home with Pastor Jay Lawson and Pastor Jeff Conley officiating.  Burial will follow at Farquhar Cemetery in Carlyss.  The family will receive friends on Friday from 9 AM until the time of service.
