Milady Gonzalez-Torres

Milady “Alex” Alexandra Gonzalez Torres, 28, of Sulphur, LA passed away on April 27, 2021 in Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. Milady was born on September 4, 1992 in Ponce, Puerto Rico, to Alejandro Gonzalez Gonzalez and Iris M. Torres Ramos.

She enjoyed painting, rollerblading, photography traveling, going to the beach, watching movies, spending time with her family, specially with her dog-baby Boots, and her baby-niece Mya. She graduated from a major in Communications in Journalism with a minor in Photography with high honors from Sagrado Corazon University in Puerto Rico.

Mostly, she was known for her wildly creative spirit, giving love and happiness to everybody who met her in a special way. She was enjoyed helping those in need, thus having a giving heart. She also had a spontaneous and silly side which captivated people and their hearts.

Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, older sister Milliealex Gonzalez Torres, younger brother, Alejandro Gonzalez Torres, a numerous family relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm Friday, April 30^th, 2021 at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00pm to 3:00pm on Friday, April 30^th,2021 with a rosary at 1p.m.  at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.

The family respectfully asks that visitors wear masks and practice social distancing adhering to local regulations regarding COVID-19.
