Mitchell Lane Lebert

Mitchell Lane “Mitch” LeBert, 68, of Lake Charles, LA, died at 3:58 AM on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at a local hospital.

Mr. LeBert was born November 14, 1948 in Lake Charles, LA, was a 1967 graduate of LaGrange High School and attended McNeese State University. He loved playing Bridge, was well read in Theology, enjoyed his weekly Bible Studies and genealogy research. Mr. LeBert loved to spend time with his family and friends and never met a stranger.

Mr. LeBert is survived by his daughters, Julie LeBert and Lindsay McComb (BJ); sister, Becky Moreau (Lee); brother, Daryl LeBert; grandchildren, Kennadee LeBert and Khloe Fruge; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Margaret Conner LeBert.

His memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. His uncle, Rev. Bob Conner will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 3:00 PM until the start of the service.
