Molly Suzanne Frank, 44, of Lake Charles died at 2:05 AM on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 in Lake Charles, LA. Molly was born on May 26, 1970 in California and moved to Louisiana in 1999. She lived in the Lake Charles, Moss Bluff, and Iowa areas. Molly devoted her life to training dogs. She was a trainer for service dogs and specialized in helping wounded veterans and veterans suffering from PTSD. She also partnered in a program called a Bridge to Life. This was her passion in life and she dedicated her time to this cause. She will be remembered for helping others and even in death she gave life by donating her heart. Those left to cherish her memory are three children, Mitchell and Mary Grubbs both of Lake Charles and Michael Grubbs of Iowa; her fiancé, Randy Laird, II of Iowa; her mother, Lenore Frank of Iowa; two brothers, Charles Frank of Moss Bluff and Don Frank; three sisters, Dawn Frederick of Kinder, Melissa Spell of Orange, TX, and Angie Curl of Beaumont, TX; and her beloved dog, X-Man. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 28, 2015 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Robin Norris will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 1:00 PM until the start of the service. A reception will follow at Lake Area K-9 Training Facility.
