Full obituary pending:

Monsignor Charles J. Dubois, 85, a priest of sixty years of the Diocese of Lake Charles, died Monday, June 23, 2025 at Harbor Hospice. He had been in the comfort of his home until Monday evening.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Wednesday July 2nd, 2025 in the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Rev. Aubrey Guilbeau will officiate. Interment services will be at 4:00 PM Wednesday at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery in Erath, LA. Visitation Tuesday will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM with an ACTS rosary beginning at 6:00 PM at the Cathedral. Visitation Wednesday will resume at 9:00 AM until the time of Mass.
