Myra S. O'Neal

Myra Suzanne O’Neal, 61, died Sunday, August 14, 2022, in a local hospital.

Born in Alexandria, Louisiana to Darlie and Norma Chandler O’Neal, Ms. O’Neal was for most of her career a television advertising executive.  She worked for KPLC of Lake Charles and more recently had accepted a position with Fox 29 in Lafayette, Louisiana. 

Ms. O’Neal is survived by her brothers, Mitchel D. O’Neal and wife Elfi of Lake Charles and Steven E. O’Neal and wife Beverly of Palmdale, California.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved dog, Harley.

Graveside services will be held at a later date at Greenwood Cemetery in Pineville, Louisiana.  Cremation was entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
