Nell Morgan

Nell Sparks Morgan, 90, entered Heaven’s gates on Friday, December 15, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Ringgold, LA on September 5, 1027 and has lived in Sulphur for the past 30 years.  She is a member of Sulphur First Baptist Church.  Nell enjoyed sewing, being a mother and a grandmother. 

Nell is survived by her daughter, Glenda Morgan Phillips and husband Frank of Sulphur; her son, Gary Morgan and wife Janet of Noble, MO; 4 grandchildren,, Stacey Phillips Regan, Stephen Todd Phillips, Scott Phillips and Shelly Phillips Tanous; 8 great grandchildren; and 6 great great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her mother, Glennie Sparks; sister, Ella Mae Garret; and her loving husband, Edward “Ed” Morgan.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 2 PM at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home in Sulphur with James Morgan officiating.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 from 1 PM at the funeral home until the time of service.
