Nora Belle Romero

Nora Belle Romero, 90, passed away on September 7, 2024 in Lake Charles, LA. She was born on August 17, 1934 in Lake Charles, LA to Joe and Anna Romero.
She worked at Gulf National Bank in Lake Charles for many years. She was a loving and caring person. Her favorite pastime was spending quality time with her dogs, Sugar, Duke and Sadie.
Those left to cherish her memory are, her sisters, Lena Belle Dalovisio, Mary Belle Van Winkle, and Julia M. Ravia; her brothers, Henry Romero and Karl Michael Romero.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Gilbert Romero.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, on Friday, September 13, 2024 in the Johnson Funeral Home of Lake Charles Chapel, 4321 Lake Street. Visitation will be from 9:30 AM Friday until the start of the service at 11:00 AM. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
