Patricia Ann Granger

Patricia Ann Rowland Granger, 74, of Lake Charles passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2019 in a local hospital.

Mrs. Granger was born on March 10, 1944 to Almer and Mattie Johnson Rowland in Springhill, LA. She was devoted to her Catholic Faith and was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed cooking for her family and spending time in her flower garden.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 53 years, Paul Rodney Granger; children, Brian Granger (Jennifer), Frances E. Granger, Laura Martin (Christian), and Deanna Cox; grandchildren, Kevin, Stephanie, Elizabeth, Nathaniel, and Shyla; great grandchildren, Amelia, Dante, Keagen, and Parker; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, James and Glenn.

A funeral mass will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at St. Margaret Catholic Church. The Very Reverend Marcus Johnson, VF will officiate. Burial will follow in Consolata Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will begin on Friday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a rosary being recited at 6:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Saturday from 11:30 AM until leaving for the church at 12:30 PM.
