Patricia Busby Oden

Lake Charles ~ Patricia Sue Busby Oden, born May 28, 1969, daughter of Robert Lova Busby, Sr. and Audrey Disotell Busby, passed away February 20, 2020, at the age of 50.
Patricia was a graduate of Iowa High School, class of 1987. She enjoyed reading, crime shows, going to the beach and NASCAR. But most of all, she loved spoiling her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Lova Busby, Sr.; siblings, Freddy W. Busby; Raymond E. Busby; Brenda Lee Busby Logston and Robert Lova Busby, Jr.
Survivors are her mother, Audrey R. Disotell Busby; daughter, Sarah Patterson (Trent) sisters, Belinda Grove and husband, Bob of Iowa; Pamela McClelland and husband, Michael of Springfield, Missouri; boyfriend, Greg Leitl; grandchildren, Bentley & Addie.
Visitation is Saturday, February 22, 2020 from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Funeral services are Saturday at 6 p.m. with Pastor Otis “O.B.” Marsh officiating. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help the family with expenses.
