LeBleu Settlement –Patsy Fontenot, 63, passed away in her residence on Thursday, December 4, 2014.
Patsy was born in Simpson on November 6, 1951 to the late Alie and Ruthie (Bennett) Johnson. She was a graduate of Simpson High and a member of Grace Harbor Lighthouse Church. She enjoyed arts & crafts, cooking and being with family.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Larry Fontenot of LeBleu Settlement; son, Bradley Bennett (Debbie) of LeBleu Settlement; siblings, Bill Johnson (Bridgette) of Amarillo, Texas, Martha Hillman (Larry) of Simpson and Betty Simmons of Leesville; grandchildren, Matthew Bennett, Chelsea, Jennifer, Melina, Kyle, Kristen and numerous great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home on Saturday, December 6, 2014 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and resume in Grace Harbor Lighthouse in LeBleu on Sunday from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. with the Rev. Rick Batchelor officiating. A private burial will be at a later date.
