Paul Edwin Swartz

Paul Edwin Swartz passed away peacefully at home on April 2, 2022 after a long battle with cancer. Born in Berkley, Michigan on June 14, 1952 to Carl and Phyllis Swartz.

He is survived by his wife, Sylvia; two sons, Jason (Faith), and Jeremiah; two stepdaughters, Scarlet (Joe) King and Gina (Harvey) Gonzalez; his grandchildren, Caleb, Korey, Kole, Sophie Berard, Isabella and Josephine Craig; and his sister, Barbara (Dave) Buckwitz.

Paul worked for Rowan Companies for 38 years before retiring in 2013. He was an avid collector of a variety of things. Paul enjoyed sitting on the back porch with his styrofoam cup of coffee and his two favorite cats, “Big Boy” and “Chester”.

A celebration of life will he held at a future date in lieu of a funeral service.
