Paula M. Trussell, born on July 5, 1962, daughter of the late Charles and Charlcy Thomas Walker, passed away Friday, January 31, 2025, at the age of sixty-two.
Paula managed local gas stations around Iowa. She was a strong willed, and fierce individual, and you always knew where you stood with her. But she was always willing to help anyone in need.
She is preceded in death by her parent; siblings, James Walker, and Gail Rasbury; grandson, Mason Walker.
Survivors are her sons, Chris Walker (Kristy), Charles Trussell (Lacy), and Chad Trussell; brother, Bobby Walker; grandchildren, Tyler Walker, Kaylee Walker, and one on the way; nephew, Charlie Rasbury (Shelby) and their children, Blake & Sydney.
Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. There are no formal services scheduled at this time.
The family would like to thank the staff at Harbor Hospice, Lake Charles Memorial 2 Tower, and Dr. Ameer Khan for the compassionate care extended to their mom.
