IOWA- Penney M. Bertrand, 59, passed away Saturday July 26, 2014 in a local Hospital
Mrs. Bertrand was a very active member of East Ridge Baptist Church. She loved to spend time with her family especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband Carlton Bertrand of Iowa; her son Gregory Bertrand of Amarillo,TX; her daughter Kelley Bertrand Trahan and husband Chris of Iowa; her sisters Paula Fruge of Lake Charles, and Richie Grounds of Iowa; her grandchildren Allison, Zane, Lacey, Gavin and Bubba.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Patsy Chatagnier and a sister, Phyllis Jeannice
