Penny Reeves Mcdonald

Penny Reeves McDonald, 59, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 in her residence surrounded by her loving family.  Penny was born on September 16, 1964 in Lake Charles, La to Clifton and Emma Chaney Reeves.

Penny loved to shop for babies, talk and enjoyed collecting dolls. She enjoyed going to the river and swimming and liked to watch tv and listen to music.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Tori Ruth McDonald; father, Clifton Reeves; brother, Terry Reeves; sisters, Dayna Reeves and Rachel Reeves; nephew, Terry (Bub) Reeves; niece, April Hebert; grandniece, Rayna Lisa Reeves and her beloved pet, Tinkerbell, (known as Tink the Stink).  She was preceded in death by her mother, Emma Lee Reeves and niece Laura Lee Reeves.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 2:00pm in Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff with Rev. John Palir, III officiating. Burial will follow in Creel Cemetery in Reeves. Visitation will be on Saturday beginning at 11:00am until the service time at the funeral home.
