Ramona was born on May 17, 1952 to the late Columbus & Alda (Manuel) Abshire. She loved to play bingo and spend time with her family.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Bridget Roberson (Blake), Travis Hoffpauir (Veronica); brothers, Lary Abshire (Lisa), Will Abshire (Joann), Winfred Abshire (Pam), Norman Abshire (Debbie), Frances Abshire (Lavonda); her dog, Jr & grand puppies Lacey and Bailey. She is preceded in death by her husband Nelson Hoffpauir; son, Warren Hoffpauir; her parents; sister, Bernice Soileau.
Funeral services are Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 11 a.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Hayes Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday in the funeral home from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. and will resume on Thursday from 8 a.m. the time of service at 11 a.m.
