Rayford James Thomason

Rayford James Thomason, 64, of Sulphur passed away on January 7, 2017 in his residence. He loved to fish, hunt, and his dog, “Star”.  Rayford enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Rayford is survived by his wife of 44 years, Fabia Thomason of Sulphur; his two daughters, Julie and Jodi Thomason; his father, Lynell Thomason; his brother, Buck Thomason and wife Georgine “Cricket”; his sister Sandra Parks and husband Jackie; his granddaughter, Hailee; and his great grandson, Remington. He was preceded in death by his mother, Hilda Thomason.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, January 9, 2017 from 12:30 – 2 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home with a memorial service starting at 2 P.M. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
