Raymond Ted Rogers, of Sulphur, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023, surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 61.
He was born in Lake Charles on April 30, 1961, son of the late Percy Lee and Jimmie Marie (Lincoln) Rogers. Raymond, a graduate of Sulphur High School, was employed as a warehouse worker for many years.
He enjoyed cheering on the New Orleans Saints, collecting diecast cars, attending classic car shows, and the NHRA Drag Races.
He was of the Baptist faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Billy, Claire Ann, and Brenda.
Survivors are his wife of 39 years, Anita Rogers; son, Casey Rogers and wife, Haley; 2 grandchildren, Aiden Kyle Willis and Cayson Wade Rogers; 1 brother, Glenn Rogers and wife, Belinda.
Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
