Rhonda Darlene Valentine

Rhonda Darlene Valentine, 58, of Carlyss passed away on November 9, 2018. She was a native of Jennings and lived in the Sulphur area most of her life. Rhonda graduated from Sulphur High School. Rhonda had a generous spirit and a love for people in general and children in particular. She will be greatly missed by all family and friends who knew her.

Rhonda is survived by her husband of 37 years, Pat Valentine of Carlyss; two sons, Beau Valentine of Sparta, MI and Dax Valentine of Carlyss; sister, Nancy Denise Menard and husband Sherill of Carlyss; parents, Edgar A. and Judith (Trahan) Elliott of Sulphur; also her grandchild of heart, “her special angel”, Eden Owens; and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her nieces, Laci Guidry, Johnna Fontenot; and her “Grandson” Abram Lognion.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 12, 2018 at 2 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home Chapel with visitation beginning at 10 A.M. until time of the service. Burial will be in Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
