Ricky Joseph Thibodeaux, born in Rayne on November 11, 1958, son of Remy Joseph “Ray” Thibodeaux Jr., and Virginia (Gautreaux) Thibodeaux, passed away November 23, 2022, at the age of 64.
Ricky, a graduate of LaGrange High, worked as a handyman for Jeanne Daigle Construction Cleaning. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. Ricky was a hard worker and was well liked.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Virginia (Gautreaux) Thibodeaux, sister, Amelia Thibodeaux, and his grandparents.
Ricky is survived by his father, Ray Thibodeaux and wife, Bobbie; brothers, Mitch Thibodeaux (Letha), Richard “Tiny” Thibodeaux; stepbrother, David Johnson (Monica); niece and nephews, Megan, Mitch Jr., Andrew Thibodeaux, and step-nephew, James Johnson. He is also survived by many friends.
Services will be held at a later date. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
