Robert Lee Saunier

Robert Lee Saunier, 53 of Sulphur, passed away in his residence. A grave-side service will be held on Friday, May 18, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Carlyss, LA with Rev. Steve Shirley officiating under the direction of Robison Funeral Home. Robert was a native and life-long resident of Sulphur. After graduating from Sulphur High, he worked for the Southwest Daily News for a number of years. Robert is survived by his brother, Jim Saunier and wife, Rhonda of Sulphur. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rodolphe and Maudie Saunier; his grandmother, Berdie Malone; two half-brothers, Adias Saunier and Walter Saunier; two half-sisters, Rebecca Rigmaiden and Eula Morgan.
