Robin Barber Clark

Robin Barber Clark, 55, of Lake Charles passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021 in the comfort of her home.

Mrs. Clark was a native of St. Cloud, FL, raised in DeRidder, LA and has lived most of her life in Lake Charles.  She was a graduate of Sowela Technical School where she studied Medical Transcription and Medical Billing.  She worked in her field for a short while until deciding to be a mom.  She enjoyed fishing, reading and dancing.  She had a soft spot for animals, loved her dogs, as well as, her goats and calves on the farm.  Mrs. Clark will be most remembered for her smile, her feisty personality and her sense of humor.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of thirty-five years, Derran Joseph Clark of Lake Charles; daughter, Mercedes Clark of Lake Charles; brother, Chris Barber of Buffalo, NY; sister, Sharon Barber of Lafayette; mother-in-law, Irene Clark of Lake Charles and many cousins. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Russell Barber and Beverly Kay Pate.
