Ronnie Lee Styron, Sr.

Ronnie Lee Styron, Sr., 71, of Hackberry passed away on November 16, 2017 at Carpenter House in Lafayette, LA. He was employed at Herc Specialties, enjoyed hunting, tinkering on junk, and helping people. Ronnie was a loving husband, father, stepfather, pawpaw, and great pawpaw. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Ronnie is survived by his wife of 23 years, Patricia Styron of Hackberry; his children, Ronnie Styron, Jr. of Hackberry; Tina McCain of Florida; and Rani Daly and husband Thomas of North Carolina; his step-children, Sheila Badon and husband Scotty of Johnson Bayou, Bena Nall of Hackberry, Richard Meaux and wife Susan of Hachberry, and Amanda O’Connor of Grandlake; 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; a brother, Perry Styron of North Carolina; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Tony Styron.   

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 10 A.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Marcus Wade officiating. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Carlyss under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 19, 2017 from 12-9 P.M. at the funeral home with visitation continuing on Monday, November 20 at 8 A.M. until time of the service.
