Roy Lee Dear

Roy Lee Dear, 60, of Westlake, LA died at 12:57 AM on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 in a local hospital.

Mr. Dear is survived by his mother, Lozie Bennett Dear of Westlake; sisters, Geraldine Ferguson of Lake Charles, Patricia Ann Quinn of Orangefield, TX, Wanda McGee of Westlake, LA, and Brenda Dear Johnson and husband Wallace of Lake Charles; brother, John Dear and wife Debra of Bridge City, TX; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.

He was preceded in death by his father, Oliver Dear and sister, Ida Faye Dear.

His body was cremated under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at a later date.
