Samuel Nathan Greene

Samuel Nathan Greene, 21, of Lake Charles passed away at 11:48 AM on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 in his residence.

Samuel was born on September 13, 2000 in Lake Charles.  He was very involved in Boy Scouts and was a founding member of Sea Scouts Ship #20.  Samuel had an unconditional love for all animals.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Michael and Wendy Greene, Jr.; siblings, Mitchell and Jonah Taylor, his twin, Caleb, and Noah, Eowyn, Ilijah, and Phillip Greene; maternal grandparents, Debbie and Thomas Keith; paternal grandparents, Patty McArthur and Michael and Sonya Greene, Sr.; a niece, Mia; and a nephew, Luke.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Hannah Greene.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 15, 2022 in the Johnson Funeral Home chapel.   Pastor Thiago Silva will officiate.  Cremation will take place following the service.  Visitation will begin on Sunday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and will resume on Monday from 9:30 AM until the start of the service.
