Shannon Dell Fontenot

Shannon Fontenot, 53 of Moss Bluff passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022 in a local hospital.  Shannon was born on December, 26, 1968 to Clarence Dale and Janice Young Fontenot, Sr. in Lake Charles, La.  Shannon worked as an electrician for the last 12 years.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing golf and watching television.  He loved spending time with his family.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Justin Fontenot, Shannon Fontenot, Kaytelann Fontenot and Sabrina Fontenot ; mother, Janice Fontenot; brothers, Dale Fontenot, Jr., Michael Fontenot and Justin Fontenot; nephew, Zachary Fontenot and niece, Madaline Fontenot. He was preceded in death by his wife, Katheline Fontenot and his father, Clarence Dale Fontenot, Sr.

A gathering of friends and family will be held at Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff on Saturday November 12, 2022 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.  Cremation was entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff.
