Moss Bluff –Shannon Eugene Primeaux, born August 12, 1972 in Lake Charles, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2019, in a local hospital, at the age of 47.
Shannon loved dancing and passing a good time. He loved people and never met a stranger.
He is survived by his mother, Tina Racca and partner, Jerry Perry); father, Tommy Primeaux; step-father, J. D. Racca; children, Tressa Primeaux (Cory); Cortnee Lantier Primeaux (Marcus); Shannon Primeaux, II; siblings, Joseph Racca; Jeremy Racca (Lisa); Paige Primeaux Melancon (Wade) T. J. Primeaux (Dana); grandchildren, Annaleigh; Brantley; nephews, J. J. & Bubbie. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Hattie Terrazas; grandfather, Semien Carpenter.
Gathering of friends and family begins Thursday, October 17, 2019 from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
Graveside services are Thursday at 1 p.m. in New Ritchie Cemetery under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
