Sharlene Sonnier, born in Jennings on September 19, 1954, daughter of George and Virgie Dubois Vincent, passed away March 4, 2024, at the age of sixty-nine.
Sharlene worked as a bank teller for many years, and later worked at Market Basket in Welsh. She enjoyed dancing and being with family and friends. Sharlene was always full of life, and laughter.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Sonnier; children, Jamie Sonnier, and Stacy Sonnier; granddaughter, Jaylin Sonnier; brother, Richard Vincent, and sister, Karen Vincent.
A Memorial Mass will be held in Our Lady of Seven Dolors on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 10 a.m., with a rosary recited at 9:30 a.m. Deacon Wayne Chapman, Celebrant. Cremation was entrusted to Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
