Sharon Montgomery LeBleu, 60 of Lake Charles, LA passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
She was one of four children born to the late Willie M. Montgomery Sr. and Mary Martha Melton Montgomery. She was born January 1, 1964 in Lake City, Florida.
She attended and graduated from Iowa High School, then began attending McNeese State University earning a bachelor’s degree and working as a paralegal.
She welcomed two sons, Timothy A. LeBleu and Brandon K. LeBleu. She was giving and possessed a kind heart; the door was always open to her sons friends if needed. She was creative and enjoyed art and photography, often taking trips to Kisatchie National Forest to capture nature’s beauty. She also enjoyed traveling and attending her sons rodeo events.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Martha and Willie M. Montgomery Sr; one brother, Dale Ray Montgomery; her ex-husband and father of her children, Timothy LeBleu.
She is survived by her two sons, Timothy LeBleu and Brandon LeBleu and wife Maegan; grandchildren, Gracie, Ava, Jasper, Bliss, Chloe, Averie, Harper, and Jensen; great grandchild, Walker; sister, Roberta Bourque and husband Edward; brother Willie Montgomery Jr. and wife Jennifer; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family; her longtime companion, Jimmy Smith; and fur baby, Gussie.
Family led services will be held Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 4:30pm officiated by Pastor Alan Weishampel at Eastridge Baptist Church. Family to welcome friends beginning at 4pm until time of service.
