Shelbia Welton, 79, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016. She was a member of Grace Bible Baptist Church. Shelbia was owner/operator of Shelbia’s Upholstery.

Shelbia is survived by her children, Michael Babin, Candace Hudson, Cary Towne, Angie Deshotel, Forest Howell, Christa Richard, and Jason Richard.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 from 3-6 P.M. with a service beginning at 4 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
