Sherri Lynn Price

Sherri Lynn Price, 60, of Lake Charles died at 8:48 PM on Thursday, August 11, 2016 in a local hospital.

Mrs. Price was born on March 18, 1956 in Wisner, LA and has lived in Lake Charles for the past 32 years.  She was a graduate of Wisner High School.  Mrs. Price was an office manager in the industrial sector.  She was a faithful member of Living Way Pentecostal Church where she was a regular soloist.  She had a passion for worshiping and singing.

She was a devoted wife and homemaker who adored her children and lived for her grandchildren.  She will be missed dearly.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Gerald Price; a daughter, Jaime Day; two sons, Jason Price and Shane Cutrer; her mother, Jean Roberts; and four grandchildren, Landon Cutrer, and Kolten, Kyler, and Kathan Day all of Lake Charles.

She was preceded in death by her step father, Bill Roberts.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at Living Way Pentecostal Church under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.  Pastor Glen Massey and Rev. C.R. Nugent will officiate.  Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery on Monday at 10:00 AM.  Visitation will begin in the church on Sunday at 2:00 PM until the start of the service.
