Sondra Sandy Darlene Foreman

Sondra "Sandy" Darlene Foreman, 41, of Lake Charles passed away, Friday, February 25, 2011 in The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

She was a native of Pineville, La and spent many years in Jonesville prior to moving to Lake Charles over ten years ago. She was a member of Livingway Pentecostal Church. Ms. Foreman was employed by Wal-Mart for several years.

Survivors include her daughter, Victoria Lynette Foreman; her parents, Allen Joseph and Juanita Rose Fontenot all of Lake Charles; two sisters, Sherry Zimmerman and husband James, Michelle Lee DeVille and husband Johnny; two brothers, Steve D. Foreman, and Allen Fontenot, Jr. and wife Rachelle and her maternal Grandmother, Rosa Deach.

Her funeral will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at Livingway Pentecostal Church. Reverend Glenn Massey will officiate. Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of services at the church.
