Stanford Paul Hebert

Stanford was born on August 5, 1948 in Jennings to Melvin and Rose Benoit Hebert. He was a graduate of Lacassine High and received an Associate Degree in Diesel Mechanics from Sowela. Stanford worked for the Calcasieu Parish School Board as the transportation Supervisor and Welsh Equipment for the last several years. He loved helping with the Children Miracle Network fundraisers, hunting, fishing, camping and being in the mountains.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Hebert; son, Nicholas Hebert of Prague, Czech Republic; daughter, Renee Phillips (James) of Beaumont, TX; father, Melvin Hebert of Lake Charles; brother, Randall Hebert (Peg) and Carolyn Boudreaux (Charles), all of Lake Charles. He is preceded in death by his mother, Rose Benoit Hebert and the mother of his children, Sally Shea Hebert.

Father Roland Vaughn will officiate the service on Friday at 2 p.m.
